What will you do

We have two brand new exciting positions available one based on the East Coast and one in the West

About the Role

This role will report to the VP, Sales. As a Regional Sales Manager, your initial focus will be to drive early patient adoption, grow revenue, and build strategic partnerships with Health Systems and Home Health Agencies in your assigned Region. You will use your extensive experience, domain expertise and consultative selling skills to sell the Current Health solution to C-suite Leaders, as well as a multi-stakeholder group of physicians, nurses, IT teams. As Revenue and Customer base grows, you recruit, manage, and lead the Commercial Organization for your designated Region. About you

  • You have significant experience selling cloud-based healthcare IT/medical technology to the C level in Healthcare accounts with successful revenue attainment
  • You have experience working directly with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop champions for your technology
  • You are passionate about consultative selling and have a drive to win new business/initiate long-standing relationships
  • You are highly self-motivated and independent, able to operate in a fast-growing start-up environment
  • You have recruited, on-boarded, and developed new sales talent
  • You understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so that you can effectively position Current Health’s solution within prospective accounts
  • You maintain timely and accurate pipeline, customer, and forecast data
  • You are an excellent communicator, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a player-coach, with experience leading sales teams
  • You are a road warrior, willing to travel 75% of the time
