As part of the NHS response to COVID-19, there has been a very rapid shift from in-person to remote care. This transition has realised many benefits including the delivery of more integrated and patient-centric care.
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Trust, share their experience of growing their remote care programme to a system-wide, 24/7 service supporting the delivery of care to multiple patient populations.
